Customer Reviews
Good product
I already owned a m-five wireless and wanted to try the t-seven because the microphone and the m-five is kinda bad. Funny story, I ended up not trying the microphone of the t-seven at all. It's an overall good product that meet all the requirements. I do not regret at all buying it but I keep using my m-five for 3 main reason: - Controls on the t-seven are awful. I don't know why they changed them because they are so natural and easy on the m-five. - m-five fit more to my ears: This is only personnal but I find the m-five better suited to my ears than the t-seven. - m-five sound quality is better: The t-seven sound quality is great for wireless earbuds but m-five is even better. I ended up giving the t-seven to someone else that is enjoying them very much cause it is overall a wonderful product even though I would recommend buying the m-five instead if you don't plan on using the microphone.

Fair all rounder
Pretty good fit. Sound a bit flat. Speaking usually very good, noise cancelling very average, cannot recommend for use in the plain. T

I love them but one stopped charging
I really like these earphones and their microphone (which I really cared for because I do video calls a lot). But recently I noticed the left one would run out of battery almost immediately after wearing both. Since then, even if I let them charge for hours in their box, and sometimes with the box plugged into my computer, after I take them out not even two minutes pass until the left earphone runs out of battery. It’s a bit frustrating because I really love the sound quality and the feel of these earphones, but I can’t seem to make the left one work properly again.

great!
i received it today and it looks good and works well. its sounds seems better than the one I bought in HK. I love it and will recommend my friends to get Jays from this official site.

Great sounding earbuds & fantastic customer support
When I received earbuds, I noticed a fault and contacted customer support which promptly sent another earbuds, which were fully functional. So +5 for customer support. Jays t-seven sound is really great for the price tag. Proper fit is a must! Even though ANC is not as good as on other earbuds, I have used them while driving a car and the level of ANC is exactly what I have wanted! Previously I have used bose qc 35 and they cancell too much noise (imo). So from now on, jays t-seven are my car companion. For the voice calls - I have used them ONLY with Microsoft teams. People in the conference said that my voice is clear but a bit too low.
